Okay, I have told you about the brain waves. The definition, the range and how we get into each wave. Now, the interesting part will be revealed. It is about how we get into the main brain wave that can make us feel peaceful all the time, Alpha.
Based on my OWN experience and the others, of course, I found out the simplest way to get into Alpha.
Before I tell you the steps, I will divide Alpha into two conditions, they are:
1. Light Alpha (relax condition)
2. Deep Alpha (almost sleep)
The Steps :
1. Light Alpha
According to its name, Light, it’s not as heavy as deep alpha. It is easy to get into and takes no time. First, Close your eyes.
Got it? Have you close your eyes? If you close your eyes, our mind will be in one attention. If this happens, we are already in Light alpha state.
After closing you eyes, make all your part of your body relaxing. Begin with your feet, moving to your body, then up to your hands, arms, finally your head. Let your head fall to your shoulder.
Just endeavor to this section and you will find yourself relax. People will notice it as drowsy condition, but you are not. You’re just relaxing and will not to sleep, unless you really wanna sleep at the moment.
2. Deep Alpha
Welcome into the real alpha. It is heavier than the previous and there will be a probability you’re gonna sleep because its wave is close to theta (sleep condition).
Actually, I haven’t try it yet, because it needs supported surrounding where you found no noises, high concentration and also experiences.
When you have tried to get into Light alpha very often, you would find yourself so easy to get into deep one.
Try to relax every time, everywhere when you need or even you don’t.
It is nice to relax easily and everything around us will seem very different, more beautiful, more wonderful, delightful and happy. Yes, folks, that’s Life!!
One thing you should know, when you are in Alpha state, you can do as I call visualization. It’s just like a not real image about the place or the time when we were SO happy.
When were you so happy?? 2 days ago, 2 months ago or 2 years ago??
Maybe you got so happy because your momma gave you a car on you birthday, maybe your best friend gave something surprising on that day, maybe you won a Mercedes on grand prize, or maybe you boyfriend kissed you vehemently…
Everything!! Everything in your life that you THINK is the most amazing day in your life and all you do is to feel that happiness.
When alpha state combines with your happiness, it will be an appropriate time to relax, you will be very happy when you get back.
Try it and be happy, because it’s a Life, mine and yours!!
